Service Description

Yoga Sukham I – Breath & Pause offers a calming, breath-led practice where we gently prepare the body for each posture. Through simple, repeated movements coordinated with breath, you will be guided to gradually settle into each pose — allowing your body to release tension safely and naturally. Each session invites deep listening, conscious breathing, and a nourishing return to inner stillness, without rushing or dynamic transitions. Ideal for beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone looking to find mindful peace and physical ease through simple, restorative movement.

If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway.
