Ideal for stress relief and improving breath awareness. Great for those new to yoga or looking for a low-impact class. Requirements: Ability to transition between seated and floor postures. No standing postures included.

CLASSES WITH REDUCED NUMBERS Due to COVID-19, classes have reduced numbers. We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you are late, just join in when you get to the class. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway. We can still fit you in and still have the required social distancing.
