Service Description

Yoga Kriya II - Flow in Motion is designed to elevate your practice with fluid sequences that enhance balance, coordination, and flexibility. This class serves as a bridge between foundational yoga and the more dynamic Vinyasa practices, making it an excellent preparation for our Yoga Virya I. The steady pace and flowing transitions allow you to build confidence and control, offering a moderate challenge while remaining accessible. You’ll refine your skills and develop the strength and mindfulness needed to progress to more vigorous practices. What to Expect: Continuous, flowing sequences that improve body awareness. Focus on coordination, balance, and breath synchronisation. A preparation for more dynamic practices like our In-House Yoga Virya I. Who It’s For: Yogis of all levels, ready to refine their flow and explore a moderate challenge. Those seeking a stepping stone to dynamic Vinyasa or power yoga practices. Requirements: Familiarity with foundational postures and transitions. A desire to deepen flow and body control.

Cancellation Policy

CLASSES WITH REDUCED NUMBERS Due to COVID-19, classes have reduced numbers. We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you are late, just join in when you get to the class. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway. We can still fit you in and still have the required social distancing.
