Service Description
Experience 30-minute guided session designed to introduce you to mindful practices that enhance self-awareness and cultivate balance. Led by a team member, this session gently guides participants through: - Breathing exercises to calm the mind and connect with the present moment. - Sankalpa (intention-setting), fostering motivation and purpose. - Koham introspection, exploring deeper questions about life and your place in the universe. - Mindful tea sipping (or your preferred drink), a practice in presence and sensory awareness. - Journaling prompts that inspire self-reflection within a Yogic counselling framework of non-violence, truthfulness, acceptance, and letting go. This session is perfect for beginners or those seeking gentle guidance. We also offer a Monthly Journaling Online Program, which includes this practice paired with four Yogic counselling sessions, for those looking to deepen their journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Available free for members, this guided experience is an opportunity to pause, observe, and align your day with intention and mindfulness.
