Service Description

Begin your day with a peaceful, self-guided 30-minute session of silent Morning Pranayama and Meditation. This space is designed for those confident in their practice to dive inward, emphasising the importance of Mauna (silence) to honour personal reflection and respect for others’ inner work. Participants are encouraged to use their learned techniques, whether through mindful breath-work, silent meditation, or journaling. Silence is key—sounds, mantras, or interruptions are discouraged to ensure a collective atmosphere of calm and focus. Our team is available to answer questions beforehand or offer further guidance if needed, but this is your moment for self-lead exploration and inner stillness. Free for members, this session provides a quiet, supportive environment to prepare your mind and body for the day ahead.

Cancellation Policy

CLASSES WITH REDUCED NUMBERS Due to COVID-19, classes have reduced numbers. We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you are late, just join in when you get to the class. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway. We can still fit you in and still have the required social distancing.
