Service Description
Bring your family together on the mat with Family Yoga – Yoga Parivāra, a joyful 45-minute class designed for all ages. This interactive session includes gentle stretches, playful poses, and partner activities that foster connection, trust, and laughter. Perfect for parents, grandparents, and kids alike, Family Yoga encourages mindfulness, body awareness, and shared wellness in a relaxed, supportive environment. Children participate for free, while parents cover the cost through their membership.

Cancellation Policy
CLASSES WITH REDUCED NUMBERS Due to COVID-19, classes have reduced numbers. We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you are late, just join in when you get to the class. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway. We can still fit you in and still have the required social distancing.
